Hi all, my Solenoid is set to 7.18 to 7.2 ph for inside the reactor. It seems every day there is a spike in ph somehow. The recirclation pump is always on and the feed pump is always on. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this please?

Hello,
Just tossing it out there...

To me 7.2 on and 7.18 off are too close of a range. That's only a .02 variance gap to work with.

If I'm at 7.2 on then off is at 7.1

So, if I were at 7.18 on then the off would be at 7.08, and so on.

Maybe your solenoid is over heating from turning on and off too much and has a built in overheat protection???

Can you try to find your right melting point, with your settings being a full (1) decimal point apart?

If that does not work, clueless....

Did you log the solenoid output?

Have you compared the tank’s pH to this graph?
