No room for the orandas inside anymore. Had to put them somewhere, but ponds are just vending machines for stray cats around here. Tile bottom tanks are the way to go for larger freshwater setups.

Won't it freeze in the winter up there? Hope you have a good heater. Cool algae in there though!

Goldfish can survive near freezing temperatures and there is an air line from the basement to keep it from freezing. I could put a backup heater, but it shouldn't be necessary. I kept them in a plastic tub last winter this way. They are about to find out what 110 degrees feels like though.
