Chaeto Spikey Balls Moving

Maybe bristle worms? Anyone have any idea? Just found them today and they do move. Haven't has any in DT, they seem to stay in the Chaeto. Good/bad/indifferent?

Can you pull one and put it on a white background to get a closer more clear look?

I tried and each time the pic was worse. They look like little gray balls/ fat tube shaped with spikes. Was thinking bristle worms babies or some sort of nudibranch. When I pulled the cheato out of the fuge, you couldn't really see them. The couple I got on a white paper towel just looked like dark dots on on the camera.
