Chalice Show-Off Thread!!!

Hang on to that Upscales rasperry Kev! I don't know of one person in Portland that has that one. They sold the original colony to someone who didn't take very good care of it and it is no longer with us.:squigglemouth:

I definitely will! it's one of my favorites and I baby it, it's the real deal , came out of Tyree's tank, so he still has a seed colony and I know of 1 or 2 others that have it. I also gave a frag to Kigs so it's in 2 seperate tanks, once we grow these babies out I'll make sure that we get it back into circulation! I wish whoever had the Monster Mash would do the same! ;)

Yah man mine grows very slow. I don't know if its me or I just can't make it very happy or what, but mine has probably grown 1/4 over the last 6 months.

It'd be great to get it back into circulation. But the strange thing it never seem real popular.

Yeah, I wasn't too crazy about it till Kev brought it over and I saw it in real life. I think the true colors are hard to depict in photographs. They also seem to get sweeter and sweeter as they get bigger.

I also have the rasberry (upscales). It's a pretty good grower for me. Started out slow but then took off. I'm sure they are frags out there.

I don't have many chalices to show off but I did purchase a Pumpkin Patch LE from Greg Carroll at MACNA this year. BTW, what a nice guy he is.

It had two eyes when I got it and has done well so far.

Hooked, that is really sweet. I have a small frag of Ian's FT. I hope it looks like that when it grows out a bit. :)

It should, they are from the same colony. It grows at a pretty decent rate--you'll have a colony in short order.

Very nice people!
