I just got a BGM frag Thursday and put it in the sand and shade.
Today i moved it out just a little for some indirect light.
Whit is the best final location for it ??????????????

Kev, The BGM loves high light though, Mine triple in size in about 3 months. I spoke to victor and his colony is also in high light and his color is amazing

weird mine faded and lost color until I put it in partial light then it sprang back to life, although I do have a lot of light over my tank?? Good looking out

Thanks ill just bring it out and up a little at a time until i find the best place for it.
It came from Victor so if he has the mother in high light ill work toward that.

Mine also faded in color, had about 8 inches from 250 DE Metal Halides, but it grew faster high up like that, now i have it at the bottom of my tank, the color started to come back.

Really depends on lighting with the Rasta. I have a nice sized colony that isn't very maroon, but a dark pink. But, most i've seen are in fact the darker maroon color.
