Any idea what kind of chalice this is. And it's placement

I picked up a chunk of a chalice, pretty much just like this the other day at the LFS, the green in mine isn't as pronounced as it is in your though. I was wondering if the colors will pop a bit more as it gets older, for $35 can't go wrong with it.
