Nope. The second one is the Desert Sunset Chalice, recently picked up from a fellow reefer over here, tearing down his system.

Unfortunately, the one I got from you died, when "something" happened in the 40 breeder, the day after we had our club BBQ, over here.

That morning, everything was happy and healthy, the next morning, everything in the tank was DEAD!

Oh wow that sucks, well if you want another I have a few more of them. It is one of the few Chalice's that I have left after my Chalice crash.

Does anybody know if this piece has a name? I have a pretty big colony of this and thought maybe I had a one of or something. I was going to come up with a cool name, but if it has one already it would be nice to know. It is an awesome piece. I just started collecting chalice, have been more sps up til now, and a, trying to build my collection. Would pieces of this be worth trades? My piece came from macna 2010.

Yes, that's exactly what happened. I know the who and the how. Unfortunately, I lost everything in the tank, including many beautiful SPS maricultured colonies, several very nice Zoanthid frags and some very nice LPS frags.

Here is a picture of my chalice I was asking about. It is a bad phone picture, I will see if I can get a better one later. I really do need to learn to take a better picture though so I can show a few things off without them looking so horrible. You get the idea but the colors just dont show up. I guess you can't expect a lot out of a cell phone. The green base doesn't show up much at all. I am using 14k pheonix bulbs mixed with a couple of actinic ATI blue plus for light. I'm sure this would be insane under leds.
Anybody know if there is a name?
Just wondering if there would be a value that I could use for trading frags of it for other chalice if it worked out. This is a pretty big chunky piece bigger around than a soda can and 2-3 inches tall. It has grown since this pic as well and will start growing out into the sand now.
If I can get a better picture later I will post it.
