I know nothing about coding but am very good technically and focused and detail oriented. I need a better career to retire in 10-12 years or sooner. What is non 4 year path for an older guy.

My career tops out where coders start.

Unfortunately it is going to be tough to secure any coding jobs with no experience at all and anything less than a bachelors. I am not saying it is impossible......some companies hire for positions like web developers or programmers with an associates and certifications but these are people that have an IT background normally. I have been in IT for over 20 years with nothing but an associates and certifications but it took me longer than 4 years lol.
