Changing from Steves LEds to Aquanest m7 plus

So I’m upgrading my tank from biocube 32 with Steve’s led to RSR 250 and got great deal on Aquanest m7 plus. However I can’t find much information if M7 is good or bad. Any suggestions on how to transition to new light with the proper spectrum & intensity ?

I considered that light few months ago, but didnt find anything usefull, so i gave up on them....
