Cheap UV Sterilizer

Hello! I am looking for a UV Sterilizer to clear up one of my tanks that has a bit of a bacterial bloom. If anybody has one that they are willing to sell and aren't asking close to retail price like most people on here please let me know!!

Got this at the Walmart website. I Added to much beneficial bacteria and got a serious bloom with fungus. This guy cleared it up in 12 hours. I have a 20GH.
