I know that I am starting a very controversial topic but how effective is it in your experience. I am wondering if it works and if I could hear some numbers as nutrients reduced.

BRStv just put out an in depth video on this it was pretty cool, they test all the different lights that we commonly use to see which setup is most efficient. If you haven't already seen it, it is definitely worth the watch
