Pretty cool but not really sure the Thousands of $$$$ spent to set this up has any positive effects on our Home reefs. If anything it would scare the fish right out of my open top.

I agree. Not to be a Debbie downer but just stresses out the fish for no reason. Watch the reaction of the tang.

you guy's are right the last thing anyone would want to do is keep their fish in a constant state of panic. from a human standpoint its a cool gadget and a heck of a light show. but for the health of the fish I don't think so..........:)
just thought it was interesteing.

Plus from what I understand Profilux is a booger to set up and to understand.
