I could be wrong, but I think the 20% applies to regular priced stock that wasn't in the sale, and the leftovers from the sale are just still at the sale prices. If you look at a non-sale item, you will see that it's been marked down 20% ....

You are very likely correct, we've had an issue with this in the past but not with everyone. We don't have a solution as yet.
