Hi guys, I ordered a few coral the other day, but I don't see any $20.00 shipping modules to NY. Is that not in effect anymore?

Thanks,
Glenn

Heat loss is unavoidable even with the 1.5" styro, mylar bag to retain radiant heat, and the 30 hour heat packs. Temps of 60-70 feel cold but the corals are usually just fine.

When we receive our shipments from wholesalers they are often in the 50's(unless they travel airport to airport and are in a heated compartment). All Fedex and UPS shipments travel in an unheated compartment on the plane and that is where most of the heat loss occurs.

Received mine today. Crazy, it went to Fedex about 4:30 PM MST and was delivered by 9:00 AM MST. That's pretty good! Like others have said, water was a bit chilly, but I'm sure everything is fine. After a couple hrs in the tank, polyps are coming ont and tissue is expanding. They look awesome (especially the little WWC bounce!)
