Hello I'm new to reef to reef and this is my first post based on my experience with a vendor . To start off I'm an addict with polyps like many others are here lol and cherry corals definately has my fix! I have bought from their website numerous times and communication, shipping, packaging , and corals were all amazing . Every single time I have ordered online from them I have gotten exactly what was pictured and two out of the three times I ordered I even got extra polyps . Not low end filler polyps either one time it was an extra utter chaos polyp and the other time it was a pink hippo. To me that was a huge deal and a great surprise . So when I made an account on r2r I started to email todd from cc and asked him numerous questions about future purchases I have planned . He was not only helpful and informative but also said I could stop by whenever and just talk corals . So not only are they a business who ships well ( best shipping method I've ever seen ) , they are friendly and will take the time to thoroughly answer your questions , give you great deals and go into detail about morphs of each polyps if there are any for that particular polyp , lineage , etc... So after all the good customer service and great coral I recieved from each order I decided to make the drive out to their facility . Upon arriving I was greeted at the door and gave me the tour of the facility ,answered all my questions , and took the time with me as a customer which felt amazing since most places in my area of Michigan barely say hi to you or ask you a million times what can I help you with in 5 minutes . Not only was the facility well maintained and in order was also very very clean and easy to view all items . Nice to see a place where they have frags and the mother colonies in site as well. I've never been to a place where the employees are so humble , caring , nice , and helpful. Were not pushy what so ever about purchasing anything or tried to talk me into buying ridiculous priced useless items like some lfs. The volume and selection of coral brett and todd have at cherry corals is breath taking . From their polyp tanks ,to sps tanks , to their exotic euphillias and chalices the whole selection and overall health of everything was amazing . People are in business to make money and I understand that however these two have not lost touch of the root of the business which is their passion and care for these living organisms . I have nothing bad to say about these guys or their facility . 100% reccomend it and 100% am going to continue being a customer of theirs . Pest free, great health , huge polyps, great prices, great customer service , great selection . I can thank cherry corals enough especially todd for the knowledge you have passed to me , the beautiful corals , The fantastic service , and the great deal on my purchases . If your in Michigan and haven't been there please do . If your out of state and have thought about ordering for them please do . They have a lot more coral than what is on their site . Don't be afraid to ask questions they are great guys . Thanks again!
