Okay. How do i hold it in place until it plants its feet?

Most specimens if very healthy will grip very quickly to things, even your fingers. If you turn off your pumps and gently press it into the hole or crevice with your hand, it should stick. If the RFA has been agitated or stressed for a longer period of time, just leave the pump off and wait for it to attach. I have very sensitive fingers and I can feel a tingly sensation when handling them so becareful.
