ok so my pacific coast Import's cl/650 started leaking .I aksed around and no help so I went in and did it my self . Im hopeing this might just help out any one that might have this problem or run into it some day. first you will have to take the front off then you will have to take 8 screw's out not to hard. the tricky part come's next the handle's ? well get your hand on the in side of the chiller and they pop out you will have to squeeze both side's at the same time. next step unplug the power line's they pop apart there are 2 of them in side of the chiller you will see them easy. next the hose's unscrew them take them off if you set this chiller up you will know how this is done. next the two nut's on the top take them off unscrew them all the way off. take off the top make sure you do this slow and easy!!! the 110 outlet with the fuse slide out from the unit. when you get the top off there are two gasket's on both the in and out line's take them off clean with water inspect them for crack's dry rot. if they are good then lube them chapstick work's very well when you are in there clean every thing with a damp rag clean both side's off the grill with a tooth brush next put the gasket's back on put the top of the chiller back on and then tighten both nut's by hand till they are snug use a wrench to tighten them down do not!!! over tighten them down !!! this will not work well.I hope this will help every one that might have this problem. just put all the stuff back the way it was run a check on it before you put it back in action.here are some pic's
