Chillers and anemones

I'm very much new to reef aquarium, currently thinking of 4 clowns, 2 blood red's, a couple of hermit crabs and one or two anemones/bubble tip ones for my 20g tank. So, do the common clownfish,anemones,shrimps require chillers ? like in my country it gets 30c / 86f in the summer. Not interested spending big bucks as im very much new to this game.

If your humidity is fairly low (under 50%), a simple fan should keep the tanks at or under 28 which is fine. That’s assuming you don’t go nuts with 1000 watt hot lights.
