chillers for seahorses?

I use a chiller for one of my seahorse systems. I also use an air conditioner for my other seahorse systems

I don't keep seahorses anymore, but you pretty much need a chiller unless you keep your house really cool.

I have a window unit that I use to maintain a constant temperature in my fish room with my seahorses. I keep the room temperature at 72° and all of my sytems stay at about 70°. My display tank is in another room and has a chiller on it. They are both extremely stable and I don't have to touch them once set.
I have had a couple of occasions were I allowed the water in my sump to get low in my display tank. It causes my return pump to cavitate and the micro bubbles in the water will cause my chiller to keep running.
I walked by the tank once and it was sweating like a cold coke can on a summer's day. The chiller was stuck on and the temp was about 60°. My seahorses weathered it fine with a slow warm up and since then I have to watch the water level closely.

Hippocampus erectus. Sorry

I also have Reidi
