China wrasse inflated belly in QT

I need help with the above, trying to save him. He's in QT, with therapeutic copper. I haven't seen him eat too much. I feed protein pellets and frozen combinations, with added garlic and vitamins.

This is a buoyancy issue and may be due to an internal issu or parasite. I can assume this fish is not eating, If it is, seachem metroplex mixed with food would help.
With no guarantee, Ive seen fish like this deflate on their own as bladder releases air.
Other remedy would be to boil a few peas and cool off and feed the inner meat to the fish but once again, has to be eating.
Assure salinity and water temp are not elevated as well as ammonia level.
ADD AIR STONE TO TANK for ADDED OXYGEN
