You are fine. My tanks sitting in my living room have much worse chips and scallops in them than that.

To me , it is a weak spot. You could weld/glue another strip of glass to reinforce it but ultimately, I would take the whole tank to a Reputable glass shop in your area and have them access it and see what options they can offer you

If it's only a scallop then NBD. Can you see any runners (cracks initiated around the chip)? If not, it's fine. If so, no epoxy, glue or whatever, is going to eliminate the chance of that crack running up the glass.
There were some cracks but not near the interior seal

Something similar happened to me once. My sister smacked a metal chair into the corner of a 120 I had. It took a nice chip of glass out but the tank was fine. i know how you feel!

I have the tank up and running. WHEW!!!

it looked like surface chip and should not hurt the integrity of the tank itself.
