clean up crew

Need to add to the clean up crew, can I mix crabs and snails? My sand and glass looks bad and I need some new cleaners.

You can mix them, but research the crabs you're thinking of adding. I've never had a problem with hermits or emeralds, others have had issues, and some people just don't trust any crab. Ultimately, it's up to you and your wants/needs.

I've never had an issue mixing snails with emeralds or hermits.
