Cleaner shrimp jump out!

I've had this cleaner shrimp in my tank about a year and tonight I found it on the floor in front of the tank. I can't make sense of it. It was very active but I didn't think these guys were jumpers. Has this happened to anyone? The shrimp didn't make it. R.I.P Rick James (the shrimp's name)

I have had one for 3 years never seen shrimp do that. I have stupid turbos that like to wonder over the rimless tank. And man they smell bad.
