It’s about 2 cm wide and all my corals including mushrooms are doing really well, I highly doubt mushroom
The shape of this critter growing looks like an empty ice cream cone

Probably some kind of tunicate. I also see vermetids.

It’s more of a cone shape rather than a vase like of those , and yes I have many vermetids I plan on getting a few bumble bee snails to handle that issue
