Clear spot on fins

My clowns have gotten clear spots on their fins. Is it a symptom of any major disease such as ich, velvet or brook. Eating normally and everything still. Just noticed it today.

I'll need a better picture if you can manage it. It needs to be in focus please. If it makes you feel better, I'd bet that it's not ick or velvet. I can't comment further without a better pic though.
