Cloudy water help

Had cloudy water, performed 20 gallon water change, still cloudy two days later. Paid for water test, posted picture with results, other than nitrate which was 0. I did another 20 gallons the next day and my water is still really cloudy. Ordered a new uv lamp assembly for my uv sterilizer(GKM 24W). hopefully here before any of my corals die.

Sounds like a bacteria bloom, which shouldn't necessarily be a problem.

0 nitrates are not good.

UV almost certainly will help.
