So, how long did you keep it in the tank? I just put one in yesterday, my water wasn't nearly as cloudy. Just don't want to take it out prematurely and have things try to come back.

It took me about 3 days to go clear but now I run it all the time, I got a renewed cleanup crew of astrea snails and hermit crabs to help and they have cleared entire rocks now. My rocks are white again and I only have a bit of cyano and diatoms which I am letting them run their course , water has never been clearer. I will run the machine 24:7 now
