Cloudy water

My water is cloudy after putting a fake anemone in the tank because I didn’t rinse it off and I could immediately see a bunch of stuff coming off of the anemone. Should I do a water change and will my fish and corals be ok?

Do water change and soak fake anemone in vinegar/water solution to allow whatever is leaching to dissipate
