I'm assuming these are growing stalks? If so, when will the heads pop up?

Deff new growth! Not sure when they will open though. I have a coupe different colors in my sons tank but never really timed it out.

They look so...alien. They are almost translucent and very weak compared to the ones that are fully grown. Thanks for answering!
