Clove polyps ballooning

I put some fireworks clove polyps 3 weeks ago. The first week I saw a little color. But since then I have not seen them opening. Now they look like little balloons on most stems

Mg unknown but I dose 25 ppm a week
Salinity 1.026

Ammonium bicarbonate dose .015 ppm a day
And carbon dose at half rate a day

Tank is 5 months old. Hammer coral, mushrooms, and zoas have been in and happy for 3 weeks. 2 clowns and 2 cardinal fish

All of 140 seems off. What test kit is that?
