I got clown fish that's been through hypo QT and currently in QT with fural 2 and metroplex. He has white piece on his face and long stringy poop. He barely eats maybe every other day. I had him for few months so he's not new.

Any ideas what's wrong with clown fish or what else can I do for him?

White stringy poo may be an indication of internal pests. Have you feed food soaked in medication?

If it's not eating, consider dosing its QT with General Cure. It has both prazi + metro. Together they cover most worms.

Agree. If he is eating soak his food with some of this to help deliver the meds directly to the parasite :)
