Clown spot under

Hi All,
I noticed one of my clowns rubbing his belly in the sand under closer inspection I see this spot underneat. He is not showing any ill effects and movibg great and eating. Should I be concerned?

This is the result of an injury and appears to be becoming infected. I would recommend treatment is a quarantine tank (which is as simple as a tank starter kit from Walmart which has most of the essentials) and treat with either Seachem kanaplex or Maracyn 2 and aeration using airstone

Ok, Thanks. I do need a quarantine tank anyways. Will pick up first thing in the morning.
