Clown trigger in a reef tank?

Yeah my acros are pretty important to me.. so tough call.

Ive stayed at the Mirage and seen that tank. Its a big one... Fake coral but still impressive.

Ya I get it, for me the fish are more important the corals are just the icing on the cake! :winking-face:
 
As a juvenile no problems, when they get over six inches their contribution to nitrates is tremendous.

Best of luck that is a big guy. I have a tiny baby in my reef tank, but I am realistic if he gets too aggressive I will take him out and find him a new home. I buy fish for their beauty and the enjoyment they bring me, never see him or my bluespot puffer touch coral, inverts all the time.
Our problem is, se could never get rid of our fish, so if ours get's 4' long, we're still keeping him in his 20g long tank. lol

Like all my Clown Triggers I would grow them up and trade them in for another baby until my wife said no more. Plus they went from $30 to $100+ for juvies.
