Clown with some mystery spots and swollen cloudy eye...

I’m not sure what to think of this. I know the eye is a problem but there are some spots in the white of the body looked odd too.. I thought maybe flukes, did a 5min FW dip and didn’t see anything come off.

I’ve read that they could be stings (but a torch was only recently added, and this little guy and his mate have been pretty shy and hanging in the corner), or other injury/infection...

Tbh QT isn’t really an option right now. I’m about to do a 20% water change. I have General Cure and Prazipro at the ready. Could run out and get whatever else... was going to follow the DT Prazipro protocol but thought I’d see if anyone thought differently?

not at all like that. I thought I saw a few light spots on him which I imagined could actually be transparent flukes, but like I said I didn’t see anything turn opaque and fall off during the dip. I think I’m actually more concerned with the little darker spots on each side, when they catch the light right they look like bumps but I can’t quite tell. He’s pretty small so this is all on a tiny scale! Hard to tell.

Anyone have any thoughts? I did a ~25% water change, things settling now... going to feed then I have to decide whether to dose Prazipro or General Cure, or just wait and see if it’s just injury? Anyone have any ideas?
