Clownfish acting weird?

I have this clownfish pretty long and she start doing this since last week does anyone know who she does that?

Any recent additions and do you have a quarantine protocol? Swimming into a powerhead and flashing could both be indicators of flukes. Can you also provide some white light photos and a video?

Almost looks like she’s able to see her reflection at the top of the water and is attacking it.
