Clownfish dying?

Help! I posted a thread yesterday about rapid algae growth and cyanobacteria growing fast.
My water tests are PH 8, nitrate 20, phosphate 0.03, ammonia 0, temperature 24.5. I feed my clownfish twice per day. Both were doing great, however one of them is just laying on the sandbed sideways, his fins are moving and he is breathing but not swimming.

Is he dying? What can i do and what did i do wrong

is there surface agitation in your tank? if not, there's your reason, there should be a lot of surface agitation for gas exchange and oxygen to the tank.

The color looks pale (but that’s not surprising given the state the fish is in). Have you noticed any aggression towards the fish? The cyano could be a sign of some nutrient imbalance that could affect the fish.
At least in the picture and from the described behavior, the fish looks moribund. There likely won’t be much you can do for it, but there could be something to fix for its tankmates.

The tank is a 70liter tank, 2 months old since it completed its cycle.

Did you turn off the powerhead for the picture and video? Its seems flat surface and no water movement? Is there a skimmer on the tank? If not, then surface agitation is the only way to oxygenate the water.

Are you using tap water or rodi? What type of food do you feed?

No the powerhead was on.
I do not have a protein skimmer i was informed it is not necessary for the size tank i have by my LFS, i buy my water from my LFS which is RODI and fresh seawater. I feed them artemia

Artemia and nothing but is not a healthy diet overall. Pellets are packed with vitamins and essentials for fish, or reef frenzy. Artemia has little nutritional benefits, if any.

In the video it shows very low water movement. You definitely need more flow and need surface agitation. I am guessing low oxygens and poor diet have contributed.

Water from the fish store is always questionable. When is the last time the filter was changed, how long th water been sitting there ? Your own rodi unit under your own supervision is the only way.

These might not have caused the fish sickness but they are small changes that are easy to implement and will have big impact on the fish healTh and overall tank health.

I am not convinced it is oxygen, other fish is still swimming.

Could be some sort of disease going on, looking back at your old pics, your clown almost looks like it has flukes to me. Not the nose (injury?) but the spots all over the fins but it is hard to be certain from a photo.

It also had stringy poo but that could be diet related.

It is really hard to tell from a picture, the picture with the nose injury didn’t have white spots the spots are on the glass from dried water.
I have been keeping an eye on white spot and luckily none of the clowns have had any white spots on them, i will post another picture of the black clownfish but it is very hard to make a clear picture

As far as food goes, you want to feed a variety, mysis, calunus, LRS frozen fish frenzy (nano, has smaller peices), TDO pellets, etc. LRS is by far my favorite.

I just got home from my LFS, they have no idea what could be wrong with the fish considering it happened within 12 hours from being fine to basically dying. So I bought a marine mix of frozen food and pellets and jope for the best

so i have an update, the clownfish was doing fine for an hour or so. But seems to be in really bad shape again i noticed a change in its behavior it hasnt been swimming. But he did kind of launched himself across the tank swimming upside down kind of like shock movements i did make a video but i am unable to post it so i took some screenshots of the video
