Just got home from work and noticed that my female gsm has both discoloration and swelling near the jaw. For reference I added 2 anemones I got from my father last night, there was no visual issues of any kind last night. She has not hosted an anemone for around 8 months since the last one perished after meeting my pump. I am unsure on whether or not she got stung by the anemone but I doubt it would cause such swelling and discoloring. I fear it is a bacterial infection or disease. Haven't been able to ID it to anything so far... any help would be appreciated

Appears to be bacterial
What is your ammonia-nitrate-ph-salinity and age of tank?
Water quality will play a role with this

The nem doesn’t look too hot either :( but I guess those are new. Can you catch her? May need antibiotics or at least a methylene blue bath.

Those anemones are kind of pale, that usually goes hand in hand with a distinct lack of stinging ability, so I would say that this lesion isn't from them. In one picture, it looks like its left eye is bulging?
I agree that antibiotics may be needed, in a treatment tank.
