Clownfish Gill Issues

Hey everyone,

I picked up a pair of true percs from my LFS. I saw them eat (mysis) at the store. When I put them in my tank, I noticed their gills look inflamed. Not sure if it’s my observation. It’s Day 3 of having them.

They’re not eating a lot. Male grabs a few bites and the female seems disinterested in food. Swimming fine, no signs of stress there.

Food wise, I tired mysis, brine, LFS frenzy, pellets, all with Garlic. But I’m more concerned about the gills and what to do.

Just wanted to add, it’s not ammonia. It’s not a new tank, I also acclimated them properly.
