Clownfish gill looks bad

Hello all, my clownfish has had some discoloration on its right gill and I’m not entirely sure if it is disease or fish nipping. The clown is behaving normally and eats well

Tank is 75g with ~30g in the sump. Tank is almost 2 years old.

An algae blenny was added earlier this week, but the discoloration started before that. The last fish addition was several months ago. I have not noticed any overt aggression. Other tank mates include…

Another Ocellaris clownfish
Springerii damsel
Royal gramma
Carpenter wrasse
Purple firefish
Regular firefish
New algae blenny

I am currently fighting sand bed Dino’s and GHA, which is super fun. I am currently dosing microbacter 7 and phyto. I previously have dosed microbacter clean.

My numbers are not great at the moment. I avoided water changes to hopefully encourage other microbial competition with the Dino’s. I am back to doing more consistent water changes now. I am also dosing All for Reef to slowly correct Alk

Nitrates 7 Hanna
Alk 7 Hanna
Ammonia 0
SG 1.026

Like I said earlier, the fish behaves normally and is eating well still. I am happy to let it heal naturally if it is a nip, but if it is a disease I want to do something before it progresses. It was tricky getting a clear view of the gill, but here is the best shot I could get. Any help would be appreciated!

Looks to be injury especially as two clowns will squabble often but videos of a few seconds are too short to assess anything. Please repost for at least 25 seconds under same light intensity and you can also set your cell phone on video mode for about 20 mins and drop a little food and walk away - YOU MUST walk away as they know youre there. Often the aggressor is a bully at feeding time.
Review the video and see if there is indeed aggression

I see remnants from injury, either a bite or physical injury. Keep an eye on area to assure its healing and not getting worse
