Clownfish making anemone shrink

My clownfish keep putting its head aggressively in my green BTA and it has shrunk basically all the way. Is this normal?

sounds normal based on the little description being provided - would expect it comes back over time

I'm often shocked at how my clownfish treat my anemones... and often amused!

Keep an eye on your nem. If it's a small nem you might need to protect it from the clowns. Some clowns get very aggressive with their host nems.
