My tank is almost done cycling and I am planning to add a pair of clowns when it is finished. I haven't seen any orange storm or mocha storm pairs for sale, however. If I buy two of the same variants of clownfish at the same time and introduce them together, will they most likely pair?

I believe the best chance of pairing is to keep within the species

Pair Amphiprion ocellaris together (storms are in this group)
Pair Amphiprion percula together (Picasso’s are in this group

Good (not complete) summary page is on ORA

As long as they are juveniles and same species, they should pair easily. Different species can pair, but not as successfully. Just make sure to get them under 1.5" each and should be good. Smaller is even better. Good luck!

Thanks, so if I pair two orange storms or mocha storms together, it should be fine?

either get juvis or get one bigger than the other to avoid problems
