When we see white areas like that forming, especially near the face of clownfish, and the fish is not eating, the first suspicion is Brooklynella aka Clownfish Disease.
This one looks like Early Brook stage.
Treat first with a 90 minute bath in Ruby Reef Rally. The acriflavine component of RRR works on Brook.
Then move directly into a clean sterile QT and treat with metro dose every 48 hours for 10-14 days.
