Clownfish with 1 pelvic fin?

I recently noticed my snowflake clown has 1 pelvic fin, He frequently gets chased around and nipped by the bigger one he deffintly has a few nips in his body but i dont see any clownfish fins in the filter or on the ground

And I was wondering if only having 1 pelvic fin will effect the fish at all or will he grow a new one?

As long as there is no infection, he should grow it back pretty quickly. I recently added a new clown that was pretty beat up and his tail fin was perfect a week later:)
