The only thing i know of to make a clown fish host fast is to put a tv infron of the tank and put "finding nemo" on for him to learn. lol. just time buddy just time.

ya time is just to slow for me  i have heard of putting a container around them and the bta and leaving them under it for a while

Not to be mean but if you don't have the time then you are in the wrong hobby. Nothing happens fast in this hobby. When you feed the tank drop the food near the nem it will get them closer. But you just have to give them time.

i was just joking i haven't pushed them at all. right now there pretty young and new to my tank so i have been just letting them hang out and i do drop my food in above the bta every night

First you need a tiny hook and some fishing line... once you hook a clown you tie the end of the line to a piece of rubble, give him about 4in of slack and drop the rubble right next to the nem. Never tried it but pretty sure it would work.

Just kidding of course;)

dang i was going to really try that tell i saw the just kidding part  man i thought i had it made

My clowns were sssoooooo desperate for something to host in when I first put by bta in, it took them less than two minutes for them to engulf themselves and they had never seen an anemone before.

wow i wish mine would have been that easy. right now they just really like this patch of mushrooms. kinda cool cuz they like to get under them
