I plan to set back up my CO2 scrubber and wye it off with one line for room/outside air and one for CO2 scrubber and have the solenoids control which one uses the air based on tank's pH.

The fresh/room air line might end up being 20+ feet and I am curious if I would need to increase the size of the line from 3/8" in order to not restrict air flow?

I doubt that the volume of air is going to be restricted.

Details matter here. What are you using to pull air to the co2 scrubber and what is the volume listed on manufactures data plate?

I would hook it up to my Icecap K3 skimmer's air intake is 900lph/21scfh.
