co2 solenoid valve

I am setting up a calcium reactor, and wanted to know what solenoid is the best product at a good price. Price is always important, but not at the cost of dependability.

I originally used the regulator and solenoid valve set up from Reef Fanatic. After the solenoid went our I replaced it with an Avsco Stainless Solenoid Valve 2-Way NC 1/8", 120/60 (PT# U8256A016V-120/60) and never looked back or had to replace it since.

aquamedic solenoid seems to work pretty good

I picked up the 2nd Best regulator/solenoid from aquariumplants.com

I know they have released an electronic one now, but the one I have has been highly thought of... if they have any left.

I just set up the aquarium plants.com regulator. It is little pricey but prevents dumping and is extremely reliable. I am very happy with mine.

That's the one that came out after they shipped mine.... I honestly think it was the day after. I was checking to see if mine was on it's way and they posted that one. My luck. :)
