It would look nicer with a real table lol but I just turned my espresso maker on this morning and wondered who on R2R has coffee stuff. A friend of mine has a collection of coffee machines at his business all on the wall like decorations.

I actually have another coffee machine that I bought as a package deal with the baratza preciso that I haven't even taken out of the box. It was an eBay thing, I plan to resell it.

The hardest part is getting the milk right (steaming and pouring).

I have the commercial keurig. I make regular coffee and I drink it black on ice. lol.

Latte junkie myself. Lol. Although I only have a cheapie espresso machine with steamer, I have with a lot of practice mastered this particular machine and can create mad deliciousness in a cup. Prefer the plain and simple myself. Just espresso, frothy milk, dash o sugar.

Whenever I don't have time to make coffee at home I usually use the keurig in the office. I don't have one however because i like to grind the beans before I brew and to me that is really simple on the drip coffee. If they're already grownd then it has more surface area which means air is going to do more damage to it and it will lose the taste before you drink it. I know some people take it to the next level and have the coffee machines with adjustable temp. Because high or low temp actually influence taste. High makes it bitter and low makes it more sour. Not quite sure how that works on some specialty coffees I think they brew those cooler. Usually the main area I experience taste difference is age of the beans and grind setting. For espresso grind setting is VERY important.

Ya that's awesome. I went to another country out of college. I tasted their coffee shop coffees which were probably a much more simple lattes (coffee milk.. and syrup if you ordered it) and I was amazing! I would've never bought an espresso maker if it weren't for them. The taste is nothing like Starbucks. To me Starbucks is famous because its syrups, people like the flavor of the syrup. But these guys had the coffee. They literally had a huge $100,000+ only 25 made in the world coffee roaster in their small coffee shop. They roasted in house and brewed it there. It's like the perfect trade. I'm told Starbuck's beans are already a few months old when they hit the stores. And age on beans effects a lot.

They even had a coffee machine i never seen before. They said Starbucks owns the patent on it so they can't use it to sell coffee. It was like a large cylinder that became full of coffee and rose and dumped it out the side. Something totally weird but they said Starbucks bought the patent and never used it.
