Need help! Spotted these little brown flower looking things on live rock next to my zoas. Can anyone ID them for sure?? I already removed the rock just in case but what's my next step in removing them from the rock?

Nope those are not hydroids. They are a clove polyp coral. Unfortunately or not, they spread pretty fast. Google blue clove polyp. similar, they will carpet the rock. I know folks who have them and love them.
I just tossed a rock that had them....
