I’m looking to use the Wavebox 6208 in my new build. Tank is 36x24x16 deep rimless tank. Any concerns running this in the shallow of a tank?

It will work, the main thing to keep in mind is that wave frequency is a function of tank length, so on tanks under 4ft long, the wave will be fast.

So are you saying that the Wavebox could be tad too much for a 36” tank?

No, but wave frequency is dictated by tank length, on a 3ft tank the wave will be faster and shorter, it won't appear as natural as it will on say a 6ft tank, where the wave is much slower and taller. It will work, the flow effect will be similar, but it is not going to look like a natural wave in the ocean.
