Condy has shrunk a pretty extreme amount.

Fed the nems and corals yesterday. Condy in my display tank has shrunk down to around 15% it's normal size. I saw some excrement coming out earlier, but it is still very small. Do I need to be worried?

Doesn’t look bad. Excrement after eating is normal. I wouldn’t be concerned. They go through expansions and contraction s, especially after eating. If it becomes perpetually contracted then it might be an issue.
